Grabarz & Partner “Corporate Philosophy & CI”
Every agency comes to the point of having to reinvent itself without losing core values, i.e. its own DNA. The DNA of Grabarz has always been and will always be that every employee, from the caretaker to the managing director, contributes to the creative success of the agency. And all of this always at eye level, always with fun and always together.

This is how we created the philosophy concept "Participative Creativity". Every measure was aimed at the idea that everyone, really everyone, is an important part of the agency if they make their contribution. For example, every employee could stamp the &-sign on their business card in Grabarz & Partner themselves and choose the stamp they wanted. In this way he became part of the agency, part of the success through his participation. On the website "Collaboroom" the start page showed a live webcam a room where you could do everything you wanted to do. Giving a concert, hanging out or getting a haircut, no matter, only then the website became complete through participation. Manifesto, sayings on the walls, various actions and agency rituals, simply everything in and around the agency showed and shows this agency attitude until today.
